We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while enhancing their skills through ongoing development. Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring efficient checkout processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a strong background in sales management is an asset but not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and lead a team effectively. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing time efficiently. Experience with training & development initiatives to foster employee growth. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong leadership qualities. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service. Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
