The Oz Store, a well-known and growing cannabis retail chain in Eastern Ontario, has an opening for an assistant manager at its soon to open store at 442 McGill St., Hawkesbury. We welcome an application from anyone seeking a long term career with opportunities for growth, including eventual promotion to Store Manager.

Remuneration begins at $20 per hour, plus a generous annual bonus based on performance, plus the possiblity of health care related benefits (e.g. dental and vision).

The ideal candidate should:

-enjoy dealing with the public in a fast-paced environment

-have a minimum of a high school diploma

-be able to function within a team setting

-be knowledgeable and passionate about legal Cannabis products

-have a keen attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

-show initiative

-fluently bilingual in English and French

Responsibilities Include:

-Supervising staff

-Carrying out cashier duties (taking orders and cashing out customers at the till)

-Answering phones and appropriately helping customers with their inquiries

-Gathering, processing, and packaging online orders

-Receiving and organizing merchandise

-Maintaining the physical appearance of the store

Aimer travailler avec le public dans un environnement dynamique Detenir au minimum un diplome d'etudes secondaires Etre capable de travailler en equipe Posseder des connaissances et une passion pour les produits de cannabis legal Faire preuve de minutie et avoir le desir d'apprendre Avoir de l'initiative Etre parfaitement bilingue (francais et anglais)

Responsabilites :

Superviser le personnel Effectuer des taches de caissier (prise de commandes et encaissement des clients) Repondre aux appels telephoniques et aider adequatement les clients avec leurs demandes Preparer, traiter et emballer les commandes en ligne Receptionner et organiser la marchandise Maintenir l'apparence generale du magasin
