As part of the store leadership team, the
Assistant Manager
plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of customer service. This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility, initiative, and a team-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, operational, and administrative tasks.
Lead by example to ensure Store Associates provide exceptional and consistent customer service.
Work closely with the Store Manager to identify potential issues, before they become problems.
As a key-holder, ensure on time opening and closing of the store.
Ensure day-to-day business operational and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Make informed decisions that reflect the best interest of the customer, team, and company.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to support the overall store success.
