What You'll Do

As our

Assistant Restaurant Manager

, you'll partner with the General Manager to keep daily service running like a well-oiled kitchen. From floor management to back-of-house operations, you'll play a key role in

Your day-to-day includes:

Leading and motivating front- and back-of-house staff during busy shifts with confidence and clarity Delivering excellent guest experiences -- stepping in to resolve concerns, take feedback, and celebrate wins Assisting with marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and local partnerships to drive foot traffic Helping keep the restaurant environment safe, clean, compliant, and on-brand Inspiring a culture of service, respect, accountability, and fun

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a

restaurant leadership

role (Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, or Supervisor level) Strong leadership skills -- you know how to motivate a team under pressure Excellent communication and people skills, from the kitchen to the dining room Comfortable handling customer concerns with poise and professionalism A sharp eye for details: cleanliness, service quality, and safety Experience with POS systems, a valid smart serve certificate and food safe certificate Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create exceptional guest experiences
