Assistant Maintenance

Job Description
The Maintenance team is responsible for all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds, mechanical equipment, guestrooms and utility systems are maintained in excellent condition. Accountable for preventative and routine maintenance.
ACTIVITIES:
The duties of the Maintenance Helper include, but are not limited to the following:
Grounds work Ie weeding, gardening, sweeping, garbage and shoveling outside Ac filter cleaning Smoke alarm testing Fire Extinguisher sheet sign offs Various small tasks to help the Maintenance Manager
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.80 per hour
