Do you want to work in a team environment for one of the top 20 employers in Lethbridge? If so, the Green Acres Foundation has a position for you! As an Assistant Manager at Green Acres Foundation you would be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Reporting to the Manager and assisting in the overall operations of the lodge facility (or facilities, if applicable). These areas of operation include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Food Services
- Housekeeping
- Maintenance
- Health Care (where required)
- Assisting the manager in leading, motivating mentoring, and retaining a diverse staff team that works collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain professional, supportive, resident relationships.
- Administrative and reporting functions relating to facility operations.
- Assisting the Manager with scheduling requirements and liaising with Human Resources as required.
- Ensure that the facility and equipment are maintained to organizational standards.
- Promote and market the facility to prospective residents.
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in a management position.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in an active environment.
- Customer service expertise.
- Standard First Aid certification.
- Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Valid Class 5 driver\'s license.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
- Experience in 24/7 environment an asset
- Experience in training and developing staff an asset.
- Degree or diploma in Management/Business Administration or diploma in Hospitality an asset.
