Reporting to the Manager and assisting in the overall operations of the lodge facility (or facilities, if applicable). These areas of operation include (but are not limited to) the following:
Food Services
Housekeeping
Maintenance
Health Care (where required)
Assisting the manager in leading, motivating mentoring, and retaining a diverse staff team that works collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain professional, supportive, resident relationships.
Administrative and reporting functions relating to facility operations.
Assisting the Manager with scheduling requirements and liaising with Human Resources as required.
Ensure that the facility and equipment are maintained to organizational standards.
Promote and market the facility to prospective residents.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years\' experience in a management position.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in an active environment.
Customer service expertise.
Standard First Aid certification.
Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check
Valid Class 5 driver\'s license.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
Experience in 24/7 environment an asset
Experience in training and developing staff an asset.
Degree or diploma in Management/Business Administration or diploma in Hospitality an asset.
