Just Pizza is a new sourdough pizza shop located in East Vancouver known for its unique toppings and slow-fermented sourdough crust. We prioritize quality ingredients and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead our team!

Management Roles:

Oversee daily operations; ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer service Manage and train staff; fostering a positive work environment Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels Uphold health and safety standards, and ensure a clean and organized store Maintain high standards of our pizzas, other food items, and overall cleanliness
Day-to-day Operations:

Learn & execute all aspects of the pizza shop including: POS/customer service/delivery platforms Expo Entire pizza process Prep/prep lists/ingredient safety & storage Equipment maintenance Store cleanliness Working clean and organized in an open kitchen concept Ensuring great and consistent presentation before pizzas and salads are served Keeping a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen through daily/weekly cleaning
Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Passion for food and customer service. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
