Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
Support the kitchen team by leading by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu items and special promotions effectively.
Assist in analyzing kitchen performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table
Kitchen Leader:
1-2+ years of proven experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
Culinary Skills:
A solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety standards.
Team Player Attitude:
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for maintaining quality in food preparation and presentation.
