What you'll do:
Assist in the alignment and maintenance of organizational strategic initiatives within the department, including leadership and coaching for approximately 15 team members.
Assist in effectively leading the Gas Bar & C-Store team in achieving our mission.
To provide top-quality products and services to members while living our brand, through growth/new product lines and enhancing team member engagement through new program delivery and training, while ensuring the day-to-day operations remain aligned with organizational initiatives.
Assist in establishing budgets, margin controls, pricing and ordering merchandise, expenses and inventory.
Assist in maintaining standards for (while striving to always improve): merchandising, marketing, team member relations, Health & Safety, Loss prevention & due diligence.
