We invite you to develop your leadership strengths as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for our Mallard Lounge and let your passion for guest service drive consistent guest satisfaction, an engaged team and outstanding operating results.Pay Range: $66,000 - $69,888 per annumJob Duties Include:

• Assist in leading your departmental colleagues in the Mallard Lounge, our lobby bar and dining venue
• Ensure food & beverage brand standards are maintained
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
• Assist in achieving financial targets through maximizing revenue and managing expenses and productivity
• Performance management of all restaurant colleagues through constant communication, training, development and follow-up

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years\xe2\x80\x99 leadership experience in food & beverage managing large teams
• Experience in a bar/restaurant setting preferred
