What You'll Do

As a member of our Leadership Team, you'll partner with the General Manager to:

Lead and energize your team with a hospitality-first approach Drive performance by improving service, increasing sales, and maximizing profitability Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members Mentor Assistant Managers and Supervisors Manage day-to-day floor operations and step in for the GM when needed Inspire a culture of excellence and fun -- every shift

What We're Looking For

2+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar Proven ability to motivate, support, and elevate others Strong communication and people skills -- calm under pressure and clear under stress Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction A growth mindset and a desire to keep getting better Experience in training and development is a major asset
