What you will be doing:

Efficiently manage approval processes with a goal of one (1) day turnaround time. Ensure all deals are submitted daily and deliveries are promptly arranged. Provide ongoing training and performance reviews for Business Managers. Track and analyze performance metrics, utilizing data for continuous improvement. Foster team integration, communication, and adherence to company policies. Maintain transparency in lending practices and compliance with regulations. Strive to meet or exceed performance targets while focusing on customer satisfaction.
