You will coach and develop your team to enhance your team's subject-matter knowledge and expertise and invest time to help them achieve their professional development goals. You will be a pro-active contributor in identifying and resolving issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic and operational goals. You help establish objectives, policies, budgets and procedures, as well as monitor expenses and metrics. You will work collaboratively with other members of CSS and help foster an engaging, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. You will also contribute to developing the Department's vision and strategic direction.
