Assist Department Manager in planning and supervising daily operations of assigned department.

Ensure that staffs follow departmental policies and procedures.

Evaluate department performance and develop action plans for improvements.

Oversee budget preparation, expense management, and quality improvement activities within the assigned department.

Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop best practices for operational efficiency.

Ensure that team responds to customer queries and concerns in timely and accurate manner.

Assist in developing employee safety and risk management programs.

Motivate employees to achieve department goals and mission.

Assist in employee recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities.

Organize job trainings and cross trainings to employees to achieve department objectives

Plan and delegate workload to employees.

Ensure that work assignments are completed on-time.

Develop positive and safe working environment for employees.
