Phoenix Restorations is looking to hire an Assistant Scheduler for Water and Fire Restoration to work out of our Coquitlam location. This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance to our Construction Manager and Construction Scheduler.
You have superior intellect and judgment and pay close attention to details. You are an effective communicator and are able to present yourself clearly and precisely. You have a strong sense of urgency and accuracy and take initiative to get things done.
