Assistant Construction Scheduler Restoration

Job Description

Phoenix Restorations is looking to hire an Assistant Scheduler for Water and Fire Restoration to work out of our Coquitlam location. This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance to our Construction Manager and Construction Scheduler.

You have superior intellect and judgment and pay close attention to details. You are an effective communicator and are able to present yourself clearly and precisely. You have a strong sense of urgency and accuracy and take initiative to get things done. This position is an excellent opportunity for a well-organized person who enjoys multi-tasking and has knowledge of the Restoration industry. Phoenix provides extensive training that includes hands-on experiences and in-house industry-related courses and structured Development pipelines for advancement in the company.

Duties and responsibilities



Data Entry. Scheduling appointments. Scanning, photocopying documents. Working directly with the Construction Manager and Construction Scheduler. Communicating with Project Management Teams and other staff. Attend monthly division meetings. Meet company standards for attendance and punctuality. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements



Strong communication both written and verbal. Understanding construction rebuilt process. Acute attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 1 year of Restoration or Construction experience. Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong work ethic. Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm. Able to complete tasks with high accuracy.

Compensation: Salary of $45,000-$60,000 based on experience. Sick/Personal Day allowances. Extended Benefits Available
