Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient use of time and resources. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to meet organizational needs.

Duties



Coordinate and manage schedules for construction trades in scheduling software for projects to optimize time and resources. Prepare work orders for each trade according to the specific requirements of the each custom home Upload documents, floor plans, plot plans and work orders onto the software app Communicate effectively with team members and clients to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts. Maintain accurate records of appointments, meetings, and events using scheduling software or tools. Assist in prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor changes in schedules and proactively inform relevant parties of updates. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and enhance productivity. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and document management.

Qualifications



Proven experience in scheduling or administrative roles is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in scheduling software or tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions is highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
