Your Role

As an Assistant Coach, you'll be the driving force behind our daily programming. You won't just supervise you'll lead games, coach activities, and inspire kids to stay active, confident, and positive every day.

Afternoon Shifts

: 2:20 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Minimum Availability

: 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday

Responsibilities

Safely pick up children from school and walk them to the facility

Lead and assist with games, sports, and group activities

Adapt programs for different ages and skill levels

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and energetic environment

Communicate clearly with parents, teammates, and supervisors

Manage snacks, equipment, and daily organization

Track attendance and ensure accountability at all times

Be a positive role model on and off the field
