Assistant Chef
to join us. This role offers a supportive environment, growth opportunities, and the chance to work in a dynamic kitchen team.Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation Independently handle basic cooking techniques such as frying, stir-frying, grilling, and baking Organize and move kitchen supplies and ingredients (up to 20kg) Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards Complete other tasks assigned by the Head Chef
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Chinese or Western cuisine Strong practical cooking skills and ability to work independently Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Able to communicate effectively (Mandarin fluency preferred) Physically fit to handle lifting requirements
