You are the future Chef. We're looking for someone with passion, dedication, and a deep love for vegan sushi creation. You'll learn directly from our Chef, becoming their right-hand person in the kitchen and at the Omakase counter, where preparation, precision, and performance come together. This role is hands-on--you'll be crafting beautiful yet bold dishes, delivering an unforgettable dining experience, and refining your skills daily. If you dream of mastering the art of Japanese cuisine in a supportive, fast-paced team, this is your chance.

Required or Desired Skills:

?Previous experience as a cook, assistant chef, or higher is required
?Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset
?Serving It Right (SIR) certification is an asset

Compensation:

?Competitive hourly wage based on experience and skills, plus tips

Contract Type:

Full-time (30-40 hours a week) / Part-time (Less than 29 hours a week)

Expected Working Hours:

Wednesday to Sunday, between 2 PM and 10 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$28.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
