Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the catering business.
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of client information and orders.
Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Coordinate scheduling for meetings and events, ensuring all details are organized.
Support the preparation of catering proposals and contracts as needed.
Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing and financial record-keeping when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
