Assistant Barn Manager - Sow

located in the community of

Ridgeville.

Your days will include:



Organizing employee workload and delegating tasks Training new employees Meeting production targets Monitoring proper animal handling Ensuring work and safety guidelines are met Performing minor maintenance tasks Supporting Barn Manager and managing barn when manager is away Other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you possess:

Valid Class 5 Drivers License and reliable means of transportation Self-motivated Well organized and reliable Strong communication skills Good work ethic A team player Minimum 2-years swine tech experience an asset
