Full-time Assistant Store Manager

store in Saskatchewan. With over 50 retail stores across the country, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home decor. Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home decor store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.


Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

Guide customers in their decor choices Ensure the achievement of sales objectives Communicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedback Manage store merchandising, inventory, and shrink Lead and maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring:

At least 2 years of Retail Sales Management experience Experience with achieving sales targets A passion for interior decor and merchandising Proven ability to coach and develop a team of top performers Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts) The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
