Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) assistant(e) administratif pour rejoindre notre equipe des operations basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe prefal qui developpe des sous-assemblages d'avions commerciaux pour le site de Mirabel et Mobile, USA.


Dans votre role, vous serez appele a supporter le gestionnaire du departement dans le suivi de ses activites quotidiennes.

Vos defis:



Gerer l'agenda et les reunions du HO , filtrer sa boite mail et suivre les actions a entreprendre; Assurer le suivi des activites, des dossiers et des demandes liees aux equipes; Organiser les reunions, les voyages d'affaires et preparer les rendez-vous; Maintenir des fichiers confidentiels et mettre a jour les documents financiers, notamment les depenses et les dossiers internes; Produire des documents, presentations, rapports et graphiques avec des logiciels bureautiques; Recommander et creer des ameliorations de processus et des outils internes; Assurer le suivi des demandes d'acces informatiques et des incidents; Soutenir l'equipe de gestion dans divers projets, coordonner des evenements et gerer la papeterie et les bons de commande.

Votre profil:



Vous detenez un diplome d'etudes collegiales en gestion de bureau ou l'equivalent; Vous avez plus de 5 ans d'experience pertinente ou une combinaison equivalente d'etudes et d'experience. Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des applications informatiques, du traitement de texte,des tableurs, des bases de donnees et des logiciels de presentation. Vous etes bilingue, anglais et francais, parle et ecrit. Vous etes autonome, proactif, vous apportez des solutions et avez le desir de vous impliquer aupres d'une equipe de production/operation et de ses contributeurs. Vous aimez supporter les employes de differents secteurs et faire des suivis aupres d'eux. Vous etes a l'aise avec un environnement syndique et salarie pour offrir du support a plusieurs niveaux hierarchiques.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work alongside the H/O operations for our PREFAL team.


You will be part of the team responsible for / developing subassemblies for the A220 commercial aircraft.


The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as the administrative assistant of this sector will be to support the manager of this team in his daily activities.

Your challenges:



Manage the agenda HO and meetings, filter their inbox, and follow up on actions to be taken; Track activities, files, and requests related to teams; Organize meetings, business trips, and prepare appointments; Maintain confidential files and update financial documents, including expenses and internal records; Produce documents, presentations, reports, and graphs using office software; Recommend and create process improvements and internal tools; Follow up on IT access requests and incidents; Support the management team in various projects, coordinate events, and handle office supplies and purchase orders.

Your boarding pass:



You hold a college diploma in office management or an equivalent qualification; You have more than 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; You have in-depth knowledge of computer applications, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software; You are bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written; You are autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to get involved with a production/operations team and its contributors; You enjoy supporting employees from various departments and following up with them; You are comfortable working in a unionized and employee-focused environment, providing support at various hierarchical levels.
