Firehouse Subs is not your ordinary sub shop. We were founded by real firefighters, and our stores are full of hard-working, fun-loving people with a genuine drive for success. A Firehouse Subs Shift Leader is in charge of one shift during a day. Assistant Managers must manage 4-8 employees and ensure all guests expectations are exceeded during their visit. Assistant Managershelp with the food ordering process, manage food delivery, prepare catering and help develop future leaders within our brand.

You will start as a Team Member, and quickly work through the Shift Leader training in order to qualify for the position.

Requirements:

Leadership experience preferred Top-notch customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work on his/her feet for extended periods of time Able to lift 50 lbs Represents Firehouse Subs in a professional and positive manner at all times Communicates effectively to General Manager/Owner all issues and opportunities which may impact business Open/flexible availability Reliable transportation Team Player Hard worker

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
