is seeking a

Supervisor/Assisstant Manager

with automotive experience to lead our high-performing sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

Lead and develop a team of sales associates in a fast-paced automotive retail environment Drive sales of automotive services and tires Ensure customers receive expert advice and outstanding service Manage inventory, merchandising, and store appearance Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to meet targets Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the

automotive

sector Solid knowledge of automotive services and tires Strong leadership and team-building skills A customer-first mentality and hands-on approach to problem-solving Comfortable with POS systems and inventory management tools High school diploma or equivalent (additional automotive training or certifications a plus)

Pay: $21.50-$29.23 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
