Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Asset Manager to lead the strategic management and optimization of our diverse asset portfolio. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and financial due diligence to evaluate potential asset acquisitions and investments. Develop and implement asset management strategies that maximize returns while mitigating risks through effective risk analysis and risk management practices. Oversee portfolio management activities, including performance monitoring, reporting, and strategic adjustments to optimize asset value. Manage cash flow forecasting, cash management processes, and financial planning to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency. Collaborate with private equity teams on investment opportunities, underwriting processes, and exit strategies to enhance asset performance. Utilize financial software such as Bloomberg and advanced accounting tools to perform detailed financial analysis, modeling, and reporting. Maintain strong relationship management with stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, legal advisors specializing in wills, trusts & estate law, and other key partners. Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and economic factors influencing asset values to inform investment decisions.

Skills

Extensive experience in investment management, asset management, or related financial services roles with a focus on real estate or other tangible assets. Strong financial acumen with proficiency in financial concepts such as valuation techniques, cash flow analysis, and portfolio optimization. Proficiency in financial analysis tools including Bloomberg Terminal, Excel (advanced), and other financial software platforms. Solid understanding of credit analysis, underwriting standards, tax considerations, and technical accounting principles. Knowledge of private equity investment strategies and wealth management practices to support diversified asset portfolios. Excellent research skills combined with the ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making. Effective relationship management skills for engaging with clients, legal professionals (wills/trusts/estate law), investors, and internal teams. Familiarity with risk analysis methodologies and risk management frameworks to safeguard assets against market fluctuations or operational hazards.
