Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products in accordance with specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with both hand and power tools. This position is crucial to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers.

Duties

Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools according to technical drawings and specifications. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure proper assembly and functionality of products. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions effectively. Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects in materials or parts.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers for assembly tasks. Experience with power tools, including drills, saws, and pneumatic equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required at hiring. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.14-$25.17 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
