Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power tools and other equipment.
Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Use power tools and hand tools to assemble components
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Operate machinery such as drill press, metal saw
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power tools effectively
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues
