What You'll Do



Depending on experience, you'll be supported and trained as you take on increasing responsibility:

Assemble precision mechanical components and sub-assemblies Support and perform sub-assembly testing (including high-pressure systems) Conduct incoming part inspections and basic quality checks Follow established assembly and test procedures, and help improve them over time Learn and work with specialized fabrication techniques (e.g., vacuum brazing) Assist with parts inventory, kitting, and shipment preparation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Contribute ideas to improve builds, tools, and workflows

What We're Looking For



Post-secondary technical education or equivalent hands-on experience Junior: 0-2 years of mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on technical experience Intermediate: 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing, prototyping, or industrial environment Ability (or willingness to learn) to read mechanical drawings and CAD models Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Team-oriented, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have



Experience with vacuum brazing, welding, or similar fabrication processes Exposure to high-pressure systems or testing Familiarity with WHMIS and general shop safety practices

Salary & Benefits
