The Opportunity
Assemblers are responsible for manufacturing a variety of agricultural equipment components following job order specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble materials using hand and power tools
• Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements
• Review of finish parts to ensure accuracy against drawings
• Read and understand blueprints, specifications and drawing
• Working safely and efficiently, following safety rules and standard operating procedure
• Communicate with maintenance or engineering personnel regarding setup of equipment and technical issues.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work safely
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Team orientated, flexible attitude and a willingness to perform a variety of tasks
• Basic mathematics (addition, subtraction)
• Complete repetitive tasks
• Work in fast paced department
• High School diploma preferred.
• Exemplary attendance record
• Production experience an asset
