Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in construction and heavy equipment operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating heavy machinery, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, concrete finishers, and other machinery as required for construction projects. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and safety. Assist in the preparation and finishing of concrete surfaces through effective concrete forming and paving techniques. Dig and build as necessary to meet project specifications. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

Proficient in heavy equipment operation with a focus on commercial driving capabilities. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively. Experience in concrete finishing, forming, and paving is highly desirable. Ability to dig and build structures as needed for various projects. Familiarity with loader operation and other related machinery is essential. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
