Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Operator to join our construction team. This role involves operating heavy equipment, assisting with various construction tasks, and supporting project completion across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and experience with construction equipment. Duties

Operate heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, and paving equipment to support construction projects Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks to ensure quality workmanship Perform site preparation, grading, and material handling to facilitate smooth project progress Support the setup and breakdown of construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment Assist with general labor tasks such as loading/unloading materials and site cleanup

Experience

Prior experience in construction or heavy equipment operation is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery and tools is highly desirable Experience with commercial driving and operating loaders or excavators is a plus Knowledge of paving, concrete forming, and finishing techniques is beneficial Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy loads safely Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites

Pay: $1,000.00-$2,300.00 per week
