Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to a variety of outdoor projects. This role involves working in diverse environments to assist in landscape construction, maintenance, and installation. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to learn new skills in the landscaping and construction industries.

Duties

Assist with landscape installation including planting, sod laying, and mulching Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and pavers under supervision Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for walkways, patios, and other structures Conduct paving work to ensure durable and aesthetically pleasing surfaces Support with construction activities including site preparation and debris removal Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites Follow safety protocols at all times during project execution

Skills

Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining various landscaping and construction equipment Experience or familiarity with construction processes and materials Ability to operate heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, and pavers safely Commercial driving skills for transporting equipment or materials when necessary Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy loads and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills Willingness to learn new skills related to paving, concrete work, and equipment operation
