Job Requirements

Asphalt Paver Experience

: Previous experience operating asphalt pavers is essential.

Heavy Equipment Operation

: Demonstrated expertise in operating heavy construction equipment--such as skid steers and loaders--with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to site protocols.

Strong Communication Skills

: Key for effective teamwork and smooth project execution.

Reliability

: Keeps our paving operations running seamlessly and on schedule.

Safety-Conscious

: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

Licensed & Endorsed (An Asset):

Holds a valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement, meeting all legal and operational requirements for commercial driving.

Tech-Savvy (or Willing to Learn):

Confident in using mobile devices or tablets to complete accurate electronic pre-trip and post-trip inspections--or eager to learn and adapt to digital tools.
