Leadership and Care: \xe2\x86\x92 Be able to model Christian faith-based values to best ensure holistic care of campers and staff \xe2\x86\x92 Prior to Camp you must submit a program plan and order materials within a designated budget \xe2\x86\x92 Provide experiences for campers to learn visual arts skills and develop their imagination \xe2\x86\x92 Planning and leading of up to five programs per day with children ages 6 - 13 \xe2\x86\x92 Participate fully in all camp activities, and carry out assigned responsibilities with care and diligence \xe2\x86\x92 Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all \xe2\x86\x92 Maintain open lines of communication with the Camp Director \xe2\x86\x92 Attend and participate fully in staff training and daily meetings

Requirements: \xe2\x86\x92 Respectfully participate in all faith based activities \xe2\x86\x92 Excellent organizational skills to plan/run an effective, creative, and an integrated arts programs \xe2\x86\x92 Include various mediums, creative expressions, integrate nature, visual arts, drama, and music \xe2\x86\x92 Provide a clean vulnerable sector criminal record check \xe2\x86\x92 Live onsite during course of employment \xe2\x86\x92 Excellent interpersonal, organization, and leadership skills
