Job Description
We are a group of artists, architects, musicians, & designers who share the passion of teaching creativity based art & science programs to children. We are looking for somebody who cares about children and interested in teaching art to children. ST Creative House is currently looking for a creative teacher who has experience in working with kids. Our programs are only once a week one hour. $70.00 for one hour class. Responsibilities:
- Being prepare before the class and review the lesson plans we provide for each week.
- Helping students on their projects.
- Create creative brainstorm sessions in each session
- Interest in teaching and passion for creating art and fun for kids.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make a calm, fun and creative environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to multitask
- English (Required)
Part-time hours: 1 per week Salary: $70.00-$75.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
