Key Responsibilities:

Lead in-studio and off-site art events, including guided "paint night" parties for adult groups, corporate events, and workshops. Facilitate engaging virtual art parties as needed. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism and patience in teaching settings. Assist with packaging and assembling art kits for large-scale events. Embrace a variety of settings, including unique workshops that may include cannabis-friendly sessions (not often). Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekend evenings and weekend daytime hours (not often).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience teaching art in workshops, classes, or events (Or believe you would be a great teacher). Strong background in one or more of the following mediums: Acrylic painting Able to multitask Mixed media Exceptional interpersonal skills, initiative, and reliability. Comfortable leading groups of all sizes and adapting to diverse audiences. Willingness to take on event setup, teardown, and occasional physical tasks.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in hosting or leading large corporate or social art events (not required, but must be willing to learn).

Additional Information:

This is a casual, event-based position with a starting rate of $20/hour. The candidate must be able to work on Saturday evenings and every other Sunday noon/mid-day, no exceptions. Each shifts is usually around 4 hours on Sundays and 4-8 hours on Saturdays. Current students and emerging artists are encouraged to apply.
