Our expectations

Reporting to the Field Pro & Specialty Director, the Field Pro & Specialty manager main responsibility will be to maximize the sales growth of Pro & Specialty sales in the stores under his/her responsibility by supporting the stores with training and understanding of tools and processes and contributing to the enhancement of the customer experience by ensuring the execution of initiatives to be deployed.

Your role

1.Sales Focus ( 60%):

In collaboration with the Store Manager and the District manager, carries out weekly, monthly and annual pro and installation sales budget planning for the stores in its network;
Reviews sales results on a monthly basis using Monthly business review and validate with ASM on action plan.
Prioritize store visits according to sales performance and priority stores.
Ensure execution of contacts to customers, using CRM and coach Pro desk.
Ensures that the customer experience is at the same level across its territory (In-stock- pricing & delivery capabilities).
Ensure execution of customer events, such as Pro days and sales recognition programs;
Monitor performance indicators:
Attend weekly Operations meetings (results and priorities)
Identify local issues and develop action plans in synergy with the merchandising and marketing teams.

2.Operational / service orientation (40%):

Ensure that programs are well executed in each store under their responsibility while paying particular attention to customer experience and satisfaction.
Ensure that stores are Ready-for-Business (regular program and promotional campaigns) and that signage is well executed and right products in place.
When visiting stores, ensure execution focusing on customer service, compliance with procedures and the level of training of staff.
According to standards established and following the appropriate funnel, act as consultant in customer complaints management from stores in their region.
Review installer capacity and work with pro desk and central team to fill gaps.
Find, train, and certify provincial Installers and conduct necessary follow-ups for all legal documents.
Validates usage of existing tools, ensuring that employees receive appropriate training and give training.
Meet with customers to obtain feedback on the service offered.
Reviews customer service scores/comments. Discusses business opportunities with in-store teams.
Keep up-to-date with new industry trends by visiting competitors regularly.

The qualifications we are looking for

College diploma in a relevant subject,
At least 5 years\' experience in retail;
Knowledge of renovation and construction;
Ability to establish solid business relationships with various stakeholders based on trust, and demonstrate strong influencing skills;
Ability to identify priorities and achieve objectives within the required deadlines;
Strong organizational skills;
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different audiences;
Ability to operate in a competitive environment with significant business operations;
Ability to work with diverse technical and/or functional teams;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
A high degree of autonomy in an entrepreneurial environment;
Ability to travel frequently, road/office ratio: 3.5 days/1.5 days.
