ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Great opportunity for someone with strong Revit skills and experience across various project types, plus project coordination & contraction administration experience, looking to move into a leadership role.

With offices in Toronto, Calgary & Edmonton, the client has a variety of mid to large institutional, commercial, infrastructure and mixed-use projects across Canada.

The ideal candidate has the following background;

• Architectural Technology Diploma/Certification; or a Bachelor of Architecture
• 6+ years' experience as an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Designer in an architecture or construction based firm, dealing with complex designs
• Experience visiting job sites on a regular basis to measure make progress reports and track project compliance
• Intermediate to advanced REVIT skills; ability to anticipate design/compliance issues that impact scheduling or budget concerns
• Experience in Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, Recreation & Community projects; working with multiple AHJs to evaluate and resolve concerns
• Project coordination & contract administration experience; translating visions into functional designs
• Experience working with Revit and AutoCAD software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams; Architects, Engineers consultants and Project Managers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
