Position Summary



True North Sustainable Infrastructure Inc. (TNSI) is seeking a

detail-oriented and innovative Architectural Technologist

with strong

Revit skills

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with

1-2 years of experience

, but we also

welcome fresh graduates

eager to launch their careers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in

designing, drafting, and coordinating architectural plans

for a range of sustainable infrastructure projects, including

data centers, commercial spaces, and renewable energy facilities

. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to deliver

high-quality, efficient, and sustainable designs

.

Key Responsibilities



Create and maintain

accurate architectural drawings and 3D models

using Revit. Collaborate with internal teams to

translate design concepts into construction-ready documentation

. Ensure all drawings comply with

local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

. Assist with

permit applications, tender documentation

, and technical specifications. Participate in

project reviews, site visits, and client meetings

as required. Track revisions and maintain

up-to-date project documentation

. Support project delivery from concept through to construction completion.

Qualifications



Diploma or degree in

Architectural Technology

or a related field.

Proficiency in Revit

(mandatory).

1-2 years of relevant experience

preferred -- recent graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply. Understanding of

building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards

. Excellent

attention to detail

and organizational skills. Strong

communication and teamwork abilities

.

Desirable Assets



Experience with

AutoCAD, SketchUp

, or other architectural design software. Knowledge of

sustainable building practices

and green certifications. Previous experience working on

data center or industrial facility projects

. Familiarity with

BIM workflows

and collaborative design tools.

Working Conditions



Standard hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

. Potential for

overtime during critical project phases

. Primarily office-based, with occasional

site visits

required.
