Architectural Technologist / Project Manager - Revit Proficiency (Toronto, Hybrid or Contract)

Our firm is seeking a skilled

Architectural Technologist

with strong

project management

capabilities to join our downtown Toronto studio. We're an established architectural practice known for

high-rise residential, commercial, and retail

projects. This role offers the flexibility of a

full-time or contract opportunity

for the right candidate.

Manage and coordinate all phases of architectural projects--from design development through construction administration. Oversee consultant coordination, project schedules, and budgets. Prepare and review detailed construction drawings using

Revit

(AutoCAD experience is an asset). Ensure compliance with the

Ontario Building Code (OBC)

and other applicable standards. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal team members to ensure design and technical excellence. Participate in site reviews, RFIs, and construction documentation.

What You Bring

5+ years of relevant experience in architectural production and project coordination. Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology.

Strong Revit proficiency

and ability to manage project models and documentation. Excellent understanding of building systems, materials, and construction detailing. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience managing projects independently or in a lead technologist capacity. Knowledge of OBC and municipal approvals process.
