Brunel Commercial Interiors is currently looking for Apprentices & Cabinet Makers. Our facility is located near Glenmore and Blackfoot in SE Calgary. Brunel was established in 1964 and is still a family owned and operated business.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Millworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and custom millwork fabrication, with the ability to read shop drawings and produce high-quality products to specification.

Responsibilities:

Interpret architectural drawings and blueprints Fabricate custom wood components including cabinets, panels, moldings, and trim Operate woodworking machinery (e.g., table saws, routers, planers, jointers, CNC machines) Perform precise measuring, cutting, and assembly Ensure quality control standards are met at all times Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in architectural millwork or custom cabinetry Proficient in reading and interpreting shop/architectural drawings Skilled in using hand tools and woodworking machinery Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Experience with CNC equipment (a plus) Valid driver's license (a plus)

Pay: $18.75-$32.00 per hour
