About the Role

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our shop team as a Shop Laborer / Apprentice Cabinet Maker. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys physical work and wants to build a career in cabinetry.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will vary day-to-day depending on shop needs. This may include:

General Shop Duties

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Assist with daily material requests from installers Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Palletize materials and prepare items for shipping Shop cleanup, waste disposal, tool organization

Hands-On Support / Apprentice Cabinetry Tasks

Cutting panels Cleaning / prepping panels Building brackets Cabinet wrapping & protection prep Assist senior cabinet makers as needed Learn to operate power tools and woodworking machinery safely

What We're Looking For

Essential

Great attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods Team-oriented and proactive

Assets (nice to have)

Experience in woodworking / manufacturing / construction / warehouse Forklift experience Familiarity with power tools Mechanical aptitude

Schedule & Compensation

Monday to Friday -- typical shift:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
