Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating detailed drawings and plans using various drafting software. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects to bring projects to life. The Drafter will play a crucial role in the development of schematics, layouts, and models for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and Sketchup. Develop detailed schematics and layouts based on project specifications and requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project goals. Revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Assist in building models for visualization purposes, including 2D animation when necessary. Utilize Civil 3D for civil engineering projects as needed. Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions for future reference. Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Sketchup, and Civil 3D is essential. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles. Ability to draft accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Familiarity with 2D animation techniques is a plus but not required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential for success in this role.
