Nous sommes \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\xe2\x80\x99un architecte de solutions principal exp\xc3\xa9riment\xc3\xa9 ayant de solides connaissances techniques sur les technologies de r\xc3\xa9seau 5GC et d\xe2\x80\x99infrastructure de nuage. En tant qu\xe2\x80\x99architecte de solutions, vous avez la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99analyser, de concevoir et de d\xc3\xa9velopper des solutions techniques de bout en bout sur la base des caract\xc3\xa9ristiques des clients et de leurs besoins d\xe2\x80\x99entreprise. Dans ce poste, vous interagissez avec de nombreuses organisations au sein d\xe2\x80\x99Ericsson pour aider \xc3\xa0 orchestrer l\xe2\x80\x99introduction r\xc3\xa9ussie de ces nouvelles solutions (produits et services).

Il s\xe2\x80\x99agit d\xe2\x80\x99un poste tr\xc3\xa8s visible et proactif qui requiert d\xe2\x80\x99excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles. Il exigera une interaction constante avec la client\xc3\xa8le et les parties prenantes afin de comprendre les probl\xc3\xa8mes de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise et de pouvoir trouver des possibilit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9volution de nos solutions, cr\xc3\xa9ant ainsi de nouvelles occasions d\xe2\x80\x99affaires. Il exige donc \xc3\xa9galement de bonnes capacit\xc3\xa9s de r\xc3\xa9seautage.

Vos t\xc3\xa2ches

• Diriger l\xe2\x80\x99analyse et la conception des solutions et agir en tant que responsable technique dans les projets.
• Participer au d\xc3\xa9pannage, au d\xc3\xa9ploiement et \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9gration des solutions.
• G\xc3\xa9rer les exigences et les attentes de la client\xc3\xa8le depuis la pr\xc3\xa9vente jusqu\xe2\x80\x99aux \xc3\xa9tapes de remise du projet.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 des ateliers clients, fournir des solutions et une expertise technique et faire des pr\xc3\xa9sentations de solutions.
• Identifier les impacts et les risques r\xc3\xa9sultant de l\xe2\x80\x99introduction de la solution et formuler des recommandations sur l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9volution de la solution.
• Assurer le leadership et la comp\xc3\xa9tence de haut niveau des \xc3\xa9quipes d\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9gration
• Partager et transf\xc3\xa9rer les connaissances, et encadrer les autres membres de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe
• Identifier les occasions de ventes additionnelles par le biais d\xe2\x80\x99une coop\xc3\xa9ration \xc3\xa9troite avec la client\xc3\xa8le dans le cadre des projets de livraison et stimuler l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise avec le client en trouvant de nouvelles occasions de convergence bas\xc3\xa9es sur l\xe2\x80\x99expansion des solutions existantes ainsi que sur la cr\xc3\xa9ation de nouvelles solutions
• Interagir avec la client\xc3\xa8le, les fournisseurs tiers et les autres organisations de prestation de services

Dans votre CV :

• Au minimum, vous devez \xc3\xaatre titulaire d\xe2\x80\x99un baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en ing\xc3\xa9nierie ou d\xe2\x80\x99un dipl\xc3\xb4me \xc3\xa9quivalent.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience de plus de 5 ans requise.
• Grande motivation et ambition.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience reconnue dans un poste d\xe2\x80\x99architecte de solutions.
• Tr\xc3\xa8s bonne connaissance de 5G EPC et 5GC
• Tr\xc3\xa8s bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension de l\xe2\x80\x99infrastructure du nuage, telle que l\xe2\x80\x99application infonuagique native, NFVI et SDI.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience pratique du d\xc3\xa9ploiement/de l\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9gration/du d\xc3\xa9pannage des fonctions du r\xc3\xa9seau 5GC et des n\xc5\x93uds/plateformes 5G EPC sur une infrastructure de nuage.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience pratique de l\xe2\x80\x99installation/int\xc3\xa9gration de plateformes/compilations infonuagiques. P. ex. CCD, Vanilla Kubernetes, OCP, CEE, RHOSP et VMware.
• Compr\xc3\xa9hension g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale des syst\xc3\xa8mes/sous-syst\xc3\xa8mes d\xe2\x80\x99interop\xc3\xa9rabilit\xc3\xa9, p. ex. NMS, BSS, IMS.
• Tr\xc3\xa8s bonne connaissance du r\xc3\xa9seautage IP.
• Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et de d\xc3\xa9pannage.
• Les certifications BUGS et ETCP sont un atout

About this opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect with strong technical knowledge of 5G core and cloud infra structure technologies. As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and their business needs. In this role, you interact with many organizations within Ericsson to help orchestrate the successful introduction of these new solutions (products & services).

This is a highly visible and pro-active role requiring excellent inter-personal skills. It will demand constant interaction with customers and stake holders to understand the business issues, and to be able to find opportunities for evolving our solutions, thereby creating new business. Hence, it also demands good networking capabilities.

What you will do

• Lead in solution analysis & design and acting technical lead in projects
• Assist in troubleshooting, deployment, integration of solutions.
• Manage customers\' requirements and customer expectations from presales through to the handover stages of the project
• Participate in customer workshops, provide solution and technical expertise and deliver solution presentations
• Identify the impacts and risks as a result of the solution introduction, and recommendations on solution evolution
• Provide leadership and senior competence for integration teams
• Share and transfer knowledge, and mentor the other team members
• Identify add on sales opportunities via a close cooperation with the customer in the delivery projects and drive business with the customer by finding new convergence opportunities based on expanding existing solutions as well as creating new ones
• Interact with customer, 3rd Party suppliers, and other Service Delivery organizations

You will bring

• Minimum of BE in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience needed
• High motivation and ambition
• Proven experience in the Solution Architect Role.
• Very good knowledge of 5G EPC and 5GC.
• Very good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, such as Cloud native, NFVI and SDI.
• Hands on experience of deploying/integrating/trouble-shooting 5GC NFs and 5G EPC nodes/platforms on cloud infrastructure.
• Hands on experience installing/integrating cloud platforms/stacks. E.g CCD, Vanilla Kubernetes, OCP, CEE, RHOSP and VMware.
• General understanding of interworking system/sub-system, e.g. NMS, BSS, IMS.
• Very good IP networking knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• BUGS and ETCP certifications a plus
