Job Summary for Customer Solution Architect:As a Customer Solution Architect, you will be the linchpin in the successful deployment and integration of our cutting-edge solutions within the customer\'s environment. Your role will involve a blend of technical prowess and customer-facing activities, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed the expectations and requirements of our clients.You will be responsible for translating complex technical requirements into actionable strategies, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with the customer\'s business objectives and IT infrastructure. Your expertise will guide the customer through the entire lifecycle of the solution, from initial concept to final implementation, providing ongoing support and optimization to maximize value.In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to deliver a seamless and cohesive experience for the customer. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances will be key to your success as you become a trusted advisor to our customers and an integral part of our continued growth and innovation.What you\'ll do:

  • Developing and maintaining a unified CI/CD pipeline for the packaging and release of solutions, ensuring consistency and efficiency across different product teams.
  • Managing the relationship with the customer throughout the project, acting as the main point of contact for all service provision requests and issues, and ensuring services conform to contractual agreements.
  • Engaging with the client to verify the solution meets their needs, including formal testing upon completion, to ensure end-user adoption and establish oneself as a "Trusted Partner."
  • Creating and deploying solutions as part of a lead product team, owning the responsibility for the development and delivery of the solution.
  • Coordinating design activities and ensuring consistency with specified customer requirements, adhering to industry and customer standards.
  • Implementing solutions to meet client requirements using tools and techniques enabled by EXFO platforms, innovating as needed.
  • Oversee the technical analysis and the validation of the IT / networks, systems, hardware, and telecom parameters prerequisites,
  • Prepare all the documents needed to integrate the solutions into the customer environment, cloud infrastructure and cloud automatization tools.
  • Execute end-to-end integration & are responsible for the validation, the acceptance of the solution and the respect of the schedules agreed with the client,
  • Lead solution dimensioning activities throughout the engagement with our customers.
  • Carry out the investigations required for the resolution of the incidents when it is necessary.
  • Participate in the end-to-end solution assembly and validation team.
What we\'re looking forTechnical:Primary Requirements:
  • Virtualization: VMWare, KVM, OpenStack, OpenShift
  • OS configuration: Linux (Redhat, CentOS) and Windows (Server 2012 and 2016).
  • Cloud base applications integration and administration (EX: AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Cloud Native Orchestration (Kubernetes & Docker)
  • Cloud Native Application monitoring (Prometheus & Grafana)
  • Search Engine/Database (Elasticsearch, Mongo)
Secondary:
  • Mobile Network Architecture (4G, 5G)
  • Network configuration (HP or Cisco switches).
