Your main mission will be to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes by providing the necessary leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required for the development of TC Transcontinental Enterprise Data and Integration Architecture.

You will be part of the Corporate Architecture function within IT and required to develop strong collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across the business and IT.

• This position can be fully remote with occasional travels to facilities and offices as required.

To do this you will need to:

Understand current state and future requirements of the organization data and integration capabilities, to develop and maintain roadmaps.

Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints to achieve business objectives.

Monitor current state data and integration solution and technology landscape, identify deficiencies, and provide proposals and guidance to address identified issues.

Develop and maintain up-to-date understanding of the organization's priorities, objectives, visions, and business needs.

Facilitate research, evaluation, and selection of technology, and guide technology orientation and investment decisions.

Collaborate with implementation teams and provide supports as required through the life of the project from onboarding to post go-live.

Assist with designing standards, governances, and operational procedures related to data and integration.

Who are we looking for?

University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent

Minimum ten (10) years of experience in IT, including five (5) years of experience in enterprise data and integration strategies and technical solutions

Experience working in multiple applications and technologies environments as well as having good process understanding of various business functions (finance, sales, manufacturing, procurement, ...)

Nice-to-have industry certifications such as TOGAF
