Raison d'etre du poste/

Purpose of the position

L'Agent(e) de relance chez Groupe DCM assure le suivi proactif et la coordination des commandes, pieces et approvisionnements critiques afin d'optimiser le flux de production et garantir le respect des delais clients et des exigences qualite specifiques a l'aerospatiale. Il/elle agit comme lien central entre les achats, la production, les fournisseurs et le service client pour minimiser les retards et les ruptures de stock.

Responsabilites/

Responsibilities

Effectuer le suivi rigoureux des commandes aupres des fournisseurs et relancer activement afin de respecter les delais convenus; Identifier et prioriser les pieces critiques ou urgentes pour eviter toute rupture de stock ou arret de production; Mettre a jour le systeme ERP (Epicor) et les tableaux de suivi, en assurant l'exactitude des donnees de livraison et des inventaires; Coordonner les expeditions urgentes, y compris la documentation et, au besoin, l'organisation de transport accelere; Faire collaborer etroitement le departement des achats, avec ceux du service clients, de la production et de la logistique afin de resoudre rapidement les problemes lies aux retards ou aux non-conformites; Participer aux reunions de planification et informer les parties prenantes des risques ou retards potentiels; Documenter et analyser les causes des retards pour recommander des mesures correctives; Contribuer aux initiatives d'amelioration continue visant a optimiser les flux de materiel et reduire les delais.

Education Requirements

Diplome collegial ou technique en logistique, gestion des operations, approvisionnement, ou equivalent; Une formation ou experience specifique en aerospatiale est un atout.

Competences techniques



Technical skills

Maitrise des systemes ERP/MRP; Bonne connaissance de la chaine d'approvisionnement et des cycles de production manufacturiere; Comprehension des processus d'import/export, transport et logistique internationale; Capacite a analyser des indicateurs de performance (KPI) lies aux delais fournisseurs, aux stocks et aux niveaux de service; Maitrise de la suite Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Familiarite avec les normes et certifications propres au secteur aerospatial (AS9100, ISO 9001, exigences clients OEM); Connaissances de base en gestion documentaire (conformite, tracabilite, certificats d'inspection, facturation transport); Capacite a preparer des rapports clairs pour la direction et les equipes de production; Bilinguisme (francais et anglais).

Purpose of the position

The Expeditor at Groupe DCM is responsible for proactively monitoring and coordinating orders, critical parts, and supplies to optimize production flow and ensure adherence to customer deadlines and aerospace-specific quality requirements. He/she acts as the central liaison between purchasing, production, suppliers, and customer service to minimize delays and prevent stock shortages.

Rigorously follow up on orders with suppliers and actively expedite to meet the deadlines; Identify and prioritize critical or urgent parts to prevent stock shortages or production stoppages; Update the ERP system (Epicor) and tracking dashboards, ensuring accuracy of delivery and inventory data; Coordinate urgent shipments, including documentation and, when necessary, arranging expedited transportation; Collaborate closely with the purchasing department, customer service, production, and logistics to quickly resolve issues related to delays or non-conformities; Participate in planning meetings and inform stakeholders of potential risks or delays; Document and analyze the causes of delays to recommend corrective actions; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing material flow and reducing lead times;

College or technical diploma in logistics, operations management, procurement, or equivalent; Specific training or experience in aerospace is an asset.

Technical skills

Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems; Strong knowledge of the supply chain and manufacturing production cycles; Understanding of import/export processes, transportation, and international logistics; Ability to analyze performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier lead times, inventory, and service levels; Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and certifications (AS9100, ISO 9001, OEM customer requirements); Basic knowledge of document management (compliance, traceability, inspection certificates, shipping invoices); Ability to prepare clear reports for management and production teams; Bilingual (French and English).
