Position Details
8 - 10 hour shifts per day
Local work in Saskatoon
Key Responsibilities
Lead plumbing scopes for commercial and multifamily projects in Saskatoon.
Along with the site foreman, ensure quality control and customer service excellence.
Install and repair complex plumbing systems, water heaters, and fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for plumbing installations.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and work to resolve them.
Enforce company safety protocols, policies, culture and promote a positive work environment.
Follow manufacturer specifications for repairs and maintenance.
High attention to detail and producing top quality workmanship.
Keep work sites clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
Mentor and supervise apprentice plumbers.
Provide friendly and professional service, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Key Requirements
Verification of completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
