Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using telemarketing techniques to generate new business opportunities for our clients.
Engage potential customers through effective communication, emphasizing the value of our products and services
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize appointment conversions
Assist in developing scripts and messaging that resonate with target audiences
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and promptly
Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills to persuade and engage potential clients effectively
Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales environments
Proficiency in marketing, telemarketing, and business development strategies
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking interactions and scheduling appointments
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team setting
Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are highly desirable for broader outreach
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
Demonstrated ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue leads
Knowledge of technology sales or related industries is a plus
